Johann Sebastian Bach: Organ Works

The programme recorded on this CD was first performed in Saint John the Baptist Church, Zsámbék in the summer of 2012. After the concert both Father Márton Holnapy, the parish priest, and I felt that these works represent the atmosphere of the Baroque church best and they also suit the sound of the Baroque style organ perfectly. That is how the idea of this recording was born, which features compositions outstanding even in J. S. Bach’s wonderful oeuvre.
